Hiding out in the cosy attic the wind howling outside. Maren

let the old rocker and the floorboards creak a soft rhythm together as she strained her eyes to read the words

“Well, I’ve read better lyrics” she opined, listening to the old rocker drumming out the song’s rhythm on the creaking floorboards. The old rocker frowned, perturbed at her critique. “Maybe I should just hang-up the old drum sticks and get a real job” he mused aloud.

She sat down next to him on the dusty floor, took the drumsticks and handed him a beer. “Pretty sure you just need a better venue, a little inspiration and maybe an actual drum kit.”
Yes, he concurred. He was old but still the coolest rocker around.

One year later, he opened his own venue. It was a former bank, downtown. It had a main stage, a cafe, and a roof deck. He made sure to book every band that auditioned to play. They had the best house drum kit of any venue within 500 miles.

The trees bent aside in spite of the forest as Zombiefoot strode out from the darkness and that was only Monday!

On Tuesday the mighty Zombiefoot declared donuts a basic human right. It was adopted by most nations in the Americas by Wednesday evening.

The president hosted a national donut conference on Thursday in solidarity, but the donuts at the conference had no sprinkles on them, which made Zombiefoot angry.

Zombiefoot was always angry about something and this Thursday was no different. Freedom of speech was on the agenda but all he could talk freely about were the donuts. He stormed out stamping his foot.

Thump thump thump all the way down the hall. It was raining outside, his least favorite weather. Time to go home. He opened his bag, it was filled with donuts. Tonight would be a good night.

Sure - having a guinea pig as a helper to a detective wasn’t always applicable, but hey, at least Jaden could count on his furry friend to squeeze into tight spaces or steal loose French fries when he needed them to.

But sometimes it could be a particular sort of trouble, too. Such as now, when the guinea pig was chomping away on his client's wig.

The little nugget of fur had added insult to injury and there was now a collection of guinea pig poop nestled into the wig. He considered turning the critter into a wig later as he strode over and pretending to lose his balance he grabbed the animal and

planted a big smooch on top of their furry little head. “Awwwwww I can never stay mad you, my little squirting squishy squiddly lump loaf! My little fur dumpling! My favorite pain in the pah-TOOH-tay!” Then he took a selfie and posted it for maximum floof engagement.
