Night Owls

Jerry glanced down at the photograph in his hand, then back up again at the woman sitting alone at the back of the cafe.

Jerry felt chills went down his back because he never thought he would see his first love look so young and …. so alive again.

All at once a blinding light coursed through the space. Jerry and the woman froze. And then a creature appeared, seemingly from the air itself.

the woman slowly turned to Jerry and smiled “your revenge has finally come Jerry..” Jerry watched in slow motion as the creature chomped his razor sharp teeth like a shark down on his neck
